Is parking available for residents and guests at Briarcliff Terrace?
Briarcliff Terrace provides free street parking and uncoverd parking lots for select units on a first come first serve basis. Guest parking is free as well.
What are the typical upfront costs and fees before moving in?
Before you move in, you can expect to pay a security deposit of between $500 – one month’s rent, an application fee of $95, and an administrative fee of $150. All fees are outlined in detail during the application process.
Do the apartments come with a washer and dryer?
Yes, every one of our apartment homes includes a full-size washer and dryer for your convenience.
Are there facilities for residents who own bicycles?
Yes, Briarcliff Terrace is a bike-friendly community. We provide covered bike storage for your convenience.
